My review of this game
I had a play and did a video on Last Trial and even though it's a short game, I think it's got a potential. I'll be honest, I played this several times and didn't get bored. I liked the graphics, the story line and found the puzzles challenging, which was good. Thank you.
Well done

Thanks for your comment and for the gameplay video! It ended up being so short because we had a small time window to make it and we only had one artist. But we'll work on improving it! We're happy you liked it!
It's a pleasure. I love seeing what new what talent can do.
Good luck

Overall, pretty impressed. It's not perfect, but for a 4 month school project it's very cool.
Thanks for the review and for the input! The thing about this game is that, being a school project, was pretty much a race against time. We put a lot of care and effort into it, but at the end of the day, we couldn't work on every part of the game as much as we would have wanted. Now we're all working on small projects and collabs, but in the near future we'll come back to Last Trial and improve it a bit, and we'll take your advice to heart. It was very cool seeing a video review of our game! Thanks a lot!
that first puzzle is pretty much crazy hard and I can't see the symbols.
pressing start on xbox360 when it says 'press start' doesn't work and pressing multiple buttons crashes the game. also B is pause menu. right analog stick can't move camera and there is no jump button, took a while to realize i have to use kb/mouse
looks very nice though
Thanks for your input! I'll look into adding controller support in the next version. I've specified in the instructions that, for now, the game uses keyboard & mouse. I've also added a couple of hints for the puzzle, and I'll make those appear in-game when I update it. Let me know if those help!
Bug Report:
Sorry but, whenever game's loading it crashes just after the "Made with Unity3D" is displayed.
Here is the automatically generated crash log: Crash_Report
Thanks for your attention
Here is the game for my end of degree project in FX Animation, which I titled 'Last Trial'. I modeled, textured, did the VFX, created the characters and assets, and integrated it all into Unity. This is the story that I wanted to tell in this game:
Jera, the player character, has to overcome the trials that the goddess Queztal has designed in order to get rid of the curse that haunts her, which takes the form of glowing tattoos that are gradually extending over her skin and will kill her when they fully cover her. Queztal is not alone, her entourage of brave lizardmen are ready to stand in Jera's way.
